An enthusiastic team met at the Rockcliffe Community Centre on December 3 to pack the 648 boxes we sold. And to enjoy a feast of desserts!
Although the delivery was late, we set another time record and finished early. OWG netted $10,676 from sales and gratefully received over $2,000 in donations. That success is close to last year’s so it’s clear our customers are enjoying the St. Benoit cheese. Well done One World Grannies!
Together with the two other grandmother groups, our region was able to send almost $31,000 to the SLF.
Thanks to the organizers, packers, sorters, bakers and the muscle men who helped that day.
